There is a lower cost of living in MSP compared to larger cities and a hot tech job market with a mix of larger corporations and startups.

What do you think surprises people about MSP?
That the summer is actually hot, and that people are active outdoors all year round.

What advice do you have for women engineers starting in their careers?
Always be confident in your ability to learn and grow; nothing is too difficult.
