Como Zoo is a must see for families

Como Zoo is a must see for families. I have been going to Como since I was a kid living in Wisconsin. I kept up the tradition and take my kids now. We have a lot of friends with young children and it’s a great place to meet up, let the kids enjoy the zoo and catch up with friends. The Children’s Museum is great, too. The traveling exhibits that rotate keep us going back to see what’s new!
I give amazing tours

I give amazing tours. We might go to the Mill City Museum, walk along the riverfront, and go into the Guthrie Theatre to look out over the river from the Endless Bridge. For a more active day, we can bike along the Mississippi River or the Midtown Greenway. From there we can eat somewhere like Birchwood Café in Seward or Peninsula on Nicollet Avenue, or stop at a farmer’s market and buy food to prepare later. One of my friends absolutely had to try a Juicy Lucy at Matt’s Bar. At night, we can go dancing or find a local band to check out. It just depends on what my friends are interested in—we can pretty much always find something to fit what they’ll like.

When friends come to town, I take them to Seven Ultra Lounge, Dakota Jazz club and The Union Rooftop for nightlife fun. Of course, we visit the Mall of America during the day.
