Break the Bubble is the organization that has made me feel the most welcome. I walked into an event on accident and found out that they help newcomers to Minneapolis make new friends. I wish I had found out about them sooner. My transition into Minneapolis would have been a lot easier.

One of my favorite organizations that does an exceptional job of introducing new faces to our community is the Young Professionals of Minneapolis (YPM). They focus heavily on diverse programs and events geared towards social and professional networking, community service, and professional development. With a membership of over 3,000 young professionals, they focus heavily on engagement, meaningful events, and value-added programming. Membership dues are only $25/year and include well over 25 different events a year!
